La actuación de JUDAS PRIEST en el Foundations Forum 1990 del 13 de septiembre de 1990 fue un concierto especial de calentamiento en el hotel Sheraton Plaza La Reina de Los Ángeles. Allí debutaba en vivo el nuevo baterista Scott Travis, que reemplazó a Dave Holland. Sirvió como presentación previa de la era Painkiller antes de iniciar formalmente la gira mundial. Con un repertorio reducido, esta histórica actuación fue rescatada posteriormente en bootlegs como Live in Los Angeles '90. De hecho, llegó a comercializarse de manera clandestina como un split de JUDAS PRIEST y BRUCE DICKINSON.
